Liz had contacted me prior to her closing on her 1885 home in Dryden, NY in summer of 2023. The upstairs bathroom and an adjacent bedroom closet had been gutted from the previous owners and Liz’s hope was to join these rooms together to create a larger upstairs bathroom. We began the design faze and began ordering products. Overcoming several construction obstacles, given the age of the house, we were able to orient the room to her liking and what worked best for her.

The cabinets are all from Kemper Choice by MasterBrand Cabinetry, the cabinet hardware is from Top Knobs and the very interesting tile is from Osbornes flooring in Cortland, NY. The vanity top is from Stone and Tile Tec in Freeville, NY.

Shortly after this project, we returned to provide Liz a first floor remodel, which included her Dining Room, Sewing Room, and Kitchen.
