For this project, I was approached by another contractor, Larry Mitchell Contracting LLC, to draw plans for a project he had bid on. This was converting an existing deck from a 2016 home to a three season room. After completing the plans, he approached me to help with beginning construction of this project while his crew finished up another job. I happily obliged and helped as much as I could before starting my next project, completing most of the framing, leaving them for window and door installs, roofing, and siding. The final project turned out great and I hope to help out Larry again in the future. (Yes, that’s me at the top of that ladder)
